General advice is available over the phone and We provide free estimates for work.
Further to this we offer a Consultancy service, which is not limited to:
- Advice not covered by a survey
- Assessment of building condition e.g. damp, pointing, plaster, insulation, ventilation, ground levels etc
- Guidance upon priority of work(s) and most suitable materials
- Suitability of Materials in Modern / Hybrid Projects
- Matters to do with Building Control, Conservation Officers or other relevant bodies
- Supporting those responsible for maintenance of historic buildings
Feedback will generally be provided verbally during any visit or a written report can be produced by agreement.
