About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic general labourer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of general labouring work including, but not limited to, loading / unloading tools and equipment, moving 25kg bags of Lime / sand, cleaning equipment, sweeping etc

This is a physically demanding role requiring patience, care and the ability to listen to and follow instructions.

The applicant should have a full driving licence, a willingness to work hard, a flexible attitude and conduct themselves in a polite and professional manner.

Full training / instruction will be provided on-site.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and ideally hold a valid CSCS card.

SKILLED LABOURER

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic skilled labourer to join our rapidly growing team.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of general labouring work plus work more closely alongside our specialists assisting them in their duties.

These additional duties might include, but are not limited to, performing slightly more project critical work e.g. careful historic / modern plaster removal, mortar joint preparation, use of appropriate hand tools, using power tools such as sds drill, angle grinder and Arbortech and operating equipment such as Forced action mixer, paddle mixer, whacker plates etc

FLOOR SCREEDER

HOURS: TBC

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic floor screeder to join our rapidly growing team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience laying a dry-mix screed, be capable of producing a level, properly consolidated floated finish over a large area, ideally have some experience of UFH systems, and be able to work as part of a team achieving a finished slab.

The candidate would be required to participate in every aspect of Limecrete flooring and screeding work where necessary, including but not limited to, digging out of existing flooring, laser levelling, familiar with setting up screeding rails, laying of geotextile membranes, preparation / compaction of RFG sub-base, setting out perimeter insulation, placing geogrid / cliptrack and floor slab laying etc

Entry Level LIME PLASTERER / LIME POINTER (Dual Role)

About the Role

We are looking for a junior level Lime Plasterer / Lime Pointer to join our rapidly growing team.

The ideal candidate will already have some practical trowel and pointing skills and a basic understanding of Lime Theory.

You will be expected to work alongside the director as a practical assistant and ‘muck-in’ fulfilling any other aspect of day-to-day work as required.

This role might suit someone who is new to the industry or looking for a career change and willing to commit to joining the company longer term after a starting on a part-time probationary period basis.

It might also suit someone semi-retired on a part-time basis depending on practical skill level, knowledge & experience.
