We will usually provide either a ‘Job Price’ or a ‘Day Rate’.
For most jobs, we will usually offer a job price. This price will include everything to complete the job discussed, from start to finish, including materials and waste disposal.
We also offer a day rate by agreement. This is ideal for situations including:
- Preliminary work to better understand scope and provide a more accurate quote e.g. sensitive structures, cement removal.
- More throughly investigate the root causes of a particular problem e.g. Damp or Salts
- Working where multiple ‘unknowns’ make a quote untenable
For On-Site Training, a custom price will be suggested based upon Your requirements.
For Consultations, we charge by the hour including journey time to and from site. Written reports are provided at cost by agreement.
